• We ship via UPS, USPS & FedEx for FREE!

• When your order has been sucessfully processed and shipped you will receive an email verifying that the order has been shipped. That email will also contain your UPS tracking number (if applicable) & an expected delivery date. You may track your order online at www.ups.com
  

  Returns/Exchanges:
   

• Simply Drop us an email at returns@outdoorgrillsandsmokers.com Including your invoice# and the reason for the return/exchange. Then send the package via UPS or US Postal Service(Parcel Post). For your protection, please insure the package for its full value. COD's are not accepted. We do offer free shipping to our customers, however on items that are returned for a refund, the refund will be minus any shipping and handling charges the company has incurred on your order.
  

  If it necessary to return merchandise for an exchange/refund, all merchandise must meet the following conditions:

  
   
• Returned in original packaging
   
• Returned to Address specified within (10) days
   
• Returned in re-sellable condition
   
• Copy of invoice enclosed with merchandise
   
• Enclosed a brief letter of explanation
   
• A $10.00 exchange fee must accompany merchandise returned for exchange
   
• Merchandise returned for refund is subject to a 15% restock fee and all shipping and handling charges we incurred on the order are non-refundable
   
• All returns must be prepaid; No COD's accepted
